KT is the Founder and Executive Chairman of VIP. He has over 30 years of successful experience in chairing property developments across Australia and Malaysia. With a special focus on Melbourne over many decades now, KT's portfolio of property developments span large commercial mall sites, CBD buildings, and large residential masterplans. Accomplishments overseas include being a Founder of Malaysia’s first Real Estate Investment Trust, Axis REIT, which listed in 2005.
For the past 40 years, KT has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and is profoundly experienced in the management of successful companies and projects.
In his over 30 years of experience in property investments and developments, KT has been altruistic in putting the needs of the community at the forefront. In point of fact, KT proudly served on the Foundation Board of Geelong Grammar School for over a decade. His public spirit has been the driving force behind KT's success in ethical development and value creation.
Peng Hong Wong
Executive Director
Peng Hong is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and Certified Public Accountants Australia.
He has 30 years' experience in Ernst and Young and other International Multinationals as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer positions.
In addition he has been very successful in property acquisitions, developments and investments.
Peng Hong is passionate in the subject of community enhancement and improvement, along with making a difference for people in need. His wide network expands from Australia to Asia.
